Going with the Data Flow: Unlock data to create a single source of truth

New American Leaders is a great client.

They are training first and second-generation immigrants on how to run for office. They have a person in charge of all the data, but she also wears many hats since it’s a nonprofit. Data cleanliness for proper flow hadn’t been a priority.

She and her former boss were the ones that saw a need to get their data platforms talking to each other as the manual upload to each platform was a drain on resources, and they were having issues with easily seeing the results of their training sessions.

So far, we have helped them move data around, so there is a single source of truth, and we’re worked on helping them locate data bottlenecks and flow to give them time back to focus on the fellows and alumni. Also, with the single source of truth, we’ll have an easier time creating great visualizations for them to use to help them prepare for grants and recruitment.
