We Love Working With Nonprofits
We have different levels of packages and programs for nonprofits, plus we can also do custom projects if you know exactly what you want us to do.
Don’t know what you need, but you know you need something?
Try the Getting Grounded With Data Method
This is a proprietary program that helps leadership align on their goals for growth and capacity for their staff, ensuring everyone has the information they need to do their jobs as efficiently as possible.
Sometimes there are “if only we had” or “it’s frustrating when” statements during the data collection and analysis processes. We help get everyone on the same page with using your data wisely. We then identify exactly where you are with your data literacy to determine the best path to get to your desired future state of being.
The GWD team was able to turn all our data troubles into an action plan designed to lead our organization to a single source of truth with data. Without GWD we would not have been able to do such a detailed analysis of our current systems and plan a roadmap towards success with data.
Anne Flomenhaft, Manager of Political Programs at New American Leaders
You know you need your databases to talk to each other, and/or you want dashboards or reports?
Then try our Discovery Sessions (yet to have a catchy name).
We bring in our strategic partner, OnData Services, for a two-hour Discovery Session with your team. We’ll figure out what it will take to get different data sources and databases to talk to each other, and it gives us a better understanding of the necessary scope of work.
Based on what is learned from that session, what you can do yourself, and what you want us for, we’ll put a proposal together to get you what you need.
Not sure if your board is giving it all, your team is burnt out, and your donors are looking for more?
Try PB&J Insights
This program has a few select tasty stakeholder surveys sandwiched between hearty facilitations that give your team the knowledge they need to create better experiences.
We help nonprofits have crystal clarity on their stakeholder experiences and data processes so they can create more value to the community they serve and their board members, staff, and donors, thus increasing overall satisfaction and trust with their organization and generating more revenue.
Our experience was outstanding; our time commitment from soup to nuts was minimal and very worthwhile… The employee survey really helped us to understand where our employees are, and GWD’s analysis included suggestions for how we might improve… The biggest aha moment for me really came from our donors. We understood exactly who our donors are and how to better improve our approach to bringing other donors under the tent… I just can’t say enough about how worthwhile it is to go through this process and get the information that every organization really needs to be looking at so you can take that information and incorporate it into your strategic goals.
Lui Damiani, Executive Director, Victim Service Center
Do you want to provide your services in another territory, or start new services where you’re at?
Try our Gap Analysis Program. It’s as easy as ABCD!
Depending on your needs, we can mix and match the letters to get you what you need.
For instance,
Center for Independent Living did ACD,
Winter Park Health Foundation did ABD,
and Foundation for a Healthier West Orange did ABCD.
Haven’t categorized your donors to know where to spend most of your time?
Try Fishing for Donors
We train your staff on the best donor segmentation practices, ensuring the data is clean and ready for analysis.
We’ll then take your donor data, run our analysis, and come back with recommendations for groupings to give your team more time to focus on the Whales, how often to communicate with the Guppies, and everything in between.
